TACOMA NARROWS BRIDGE DISASTER

The Inferno, Bournemouth 12.02.10

Tacoma Narrows Bridge Disaster
Opening with a set of well executed instrumentals can be a little confusing for an audience expecting vocals, but Tacoma are expert musicians and pull off a well recieved set.
A single crticisim was when the guitarist said they had cd's for sale "if you like this shit", which didnt exactley sell themselves.

From Great Height
Kicking off their set with Pink Floyd's 'In The Flesh' was an inspired move as it immediatley grabbed everybodys attention, from that point onwards they seemed to build up with each song till about half way through the set when vocalist Adam and guitarist Mikey seemed to suddenley explode with energy.
This energy was quickley recognised by the audience, some of who moved forward and
started headbanging, this in turn fired up the band even more who simply went from
strength to strength which each chord!

Have to say that its a great venue and run by very nice and professional people, also a
mention here for Al B Damned's drummer Pip Sickness who went out of his way to help the
band and look after them.
